We know this because he said as much in the days leading up to Saturday’s wild-card playoff game — and through his actions; he was fined nearly $70,000 when the two teams met in Week 14, and he found himself in the middle of nearly every skirmish and questionable play again Saturday in Cincinnati. And on the penultimate play of the game, Burfict was flagged for unnecessary roughness on Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown, who suffered a concussion on the play. That hit — coupled with a subsequent unsportsmanlike-conduct penalty on Adam Jones — set up a chip-shot, winning field goal that Pittsburgh kicker Chris Boswell striped right down the middle.
