Saco’s Most Holy Trinity Church Don’t Stand For No Sorta Holy Trinity Churches Frontin’ Them On Free Meals, Yo

SACO — Twice a week, the Saco Meals Program serves up free meals at Most Holy Trinity Church. “We don’t ask any questions. Anyone can come,” said co-coordinator Charlene Soucy. The program is run by a team of dedicated volunteers, said co-coordinator Jackie Fontaine. Individual volunteers, as well as crews from local churches and businesses, help serve and prepare the meals. The Saco Meals Program has been in existence for 22 years, and recently became incorporated as a non-profit. The program receives food from York County Food Rescue, as well as donations, and serves dinner Monday and Thursday, with guests arriving at about 4:15 p.m. Dinner is served from 4:45-5:15 p.m.(read more at the Journal Tribune)
