Lewiston Worshipers Show Their Respect for The Savior By Wearing Their Best Jeans to Easter Service

Pauline Powell and her husband Rick of Lewiston celebrate Easter as the worship team performs “Holy is the Lord” during the sunrise service at Pathway Vineyard Church in Lewiston on Sunday. “I did not sleep a wink last night in anticipation of today’s service,” said Allen Austin, the executive pastor who delivered the message. “It’s a very old story but it’s a good one,” parishioner Fred Pratt said about the meaning of Easter, the holiday that celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ on the third day after his crucifixion. Performing at right are Britnee Ward, her father Mike and Mark Leino, all of Lewiston. (see more at the Lewiston Sun Journal)
