barroomBANGOR, Maine — A local woman was arrested early Tuesday morning after she reportedly left the lounge of a downtown hotel without paying her bar tab. Jessica Leland, 28, now is facing a charge of theft of services, Bangor police Sgt. Bob Bishop said Tuesday, citing an arrest report. According to the report, Leland was reminded to pay the $24 she owed four times at The Charles Inn. Instead of paying, she left for nearby Paddy Murphy’s before the arrest occurred.
